Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

All returns must be approved prior to being sent. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at returns@financebroandco.com with photos of the issue.

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or color, place a new order and return the original item once approved.

This ensures faster processing and product availability.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to designate specific products or collections as final sale at any time.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized products

• Items marked final sale

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after fulfillment begins.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
